Prop Lab is a research tool for NFL player props. It puts the model’s projection, the written analysis behind it, recent game logs, the matchup, the weather, team stats, and every line move since the open in one place. One-time payment for the season. Does not renew. Full-season price is prorated based on the week of the season.

Prices cover the 2026 season, ending February 16, 2027 at midnight Eastern. The 5-Week and Season plans are prorated based on how many weeks remain in the season.

The Weekly and 5-Week plans start with a free week. Your first NFL week costs nothing, and checkout shows the exact day your first charge lands. Cancel before the deadline shown in your account and you won't be charged. It's one trial per person, and the Season plan doesn't include one. Late in the season, once no paid week would follow the free one, plans are charged right away.

How Prop Lab Works FAQ

Prop Lab is a research tool for NFL player props. It brings together a statistical model, a written AI analysis of each prop, matchup and team context, and every line move since the number opened. It's there to organize your research, and it doesn't take bets.

Prop Lab gathers the raw information first: usage, recent production, the matchup, injuries on both sides, the week's news, who's calling the plays, the weather, expected game flow, and where the line's moved since it opened. That runs through the model, then goes to the AI as the same structured packet for every prop, so nothing gets a closer look just because it's a bigger name. What comes back is a research label. It isn't a guarantee, and it can change during the week as the inputs do.

No. It shows you lines, odds, movement, and the evidence behind a prop, and then the decision is yours. It doesn't take wagers, hold money, or connect to a sportsbook account, and nothing on the site guarantees a result.

Prop Lab covers 11 NFL player prop markets across passing, rushing, receiving, and combo stats: passing yards, passing touchdowns, passing attempts, completions, interceptions, rushing yards, rushing attempts, receiving yards, receptions, pass plus rush yards, and rush plus receiving yards.

The odds are what the sportsbooks are charging for each side. The Props page shows the typical posted price for the Over and the Under, and each book’s line and price is a click away. Our projection sits next to them as the Projection Gap, which is how far the projection is from the line, in the prop’s own unit. The AI Pick is a separate read on the same prop. It weighs how well the signals agree against what’s actually happening on the field, and it comes with an AI Confidence: Strong Take, Take, Lean, or Pass. We don’t claim a validated model edge on top of the market price.
